  Our company's main Rubber Sheets include Colored Rubber Sheets, anti-corrosion rubber sheets, insulating rubber sheets, anti-static rubber sheets, cold and hot resistant rubber sheets, and acid and alkali resistant rubber sheets. Our company's rubber sheets are economical and practical, with excellent raw materials and products that are resistant to wear and tear. It can meet various needs of customers.

  Thickness: 1~50mm

  Width: 1m-2m

  Parameters: Specific gravity: 1.2-1.8; Tensile strength: 3.5Mpa; Elongation rate: 280%; Hardness: 70 °± 5 °;

  Performance: Operating temperature -30 ℃~80 ℃; Working in oil (engine oil, diesel, gasoline, lubricating oil) media, it has sealing and anti expansion properties;

  Usage: Used for punching various cream oil seals, seals, rings, workbenches and floors in contact with oils and fats, and laying in electronic product areas. This product can be used as an oil resistant material and is widely used in electronic and thermal aging environments;

  For products with special specifications and technical requirements, we will design formulas according to customer needs to meet your requirements;

  Packaging: Inner film, outer woven bag with fixed length or weight packaging.

  Chloroprene rubber (CR): The physical properties of chloroprene rubber are similar to natural rubber, but its weather resistance, heat resistance, oil resistance, and solvent resistance are superior to natural rubber. Chloroprene rubber has good flame retardancy.

  Disadvantages: However, it becomes hard at low temperatures, has poor storage stability, poor electrical insulation, high density, and is difficult to control during processing.

  Chloroprene rubber (CR) is a polymer polymerized by chloroprene as monomer lotion.

  This rubber molecule contains chlorine atoms, so compared with other common rubbers, it has excellent resistance to oxygen and ozone, is not flammable, can self extinguish after ignition, is resistant to oil, solvents, acid and alkali, aging, and has good airtightness; Its physical and mechanical properties are also better than natural rubber, so it can be used as a universal rubber or a special rubber. The main disadvantages are poor cold resistance, high specific gravity, relatively high cost, poor electrical insulation, and susceptibility to sticking, rolling, burning, and mold sticking during processing. In addition, raw rubber has poor stability and is not easy to store. Temperature range for use: approximately -45 ℃ to+100 ℃.

  Mainly used for manufacturing cable sheaths and various protective covers that require high resistance to ozone and aging; Rubber hoses, tapes, and chemical liners that are resistant to oil and chemical corrosion; Fire resistant rubber products for underground mining, as well as various molded products, sealing rings, gaskets, adhesives, etc.

  Anti-corrosion rubber sheets are designed with several important features that make them suitable for use in harsh, corrosive environments:

  1. Chemical Resistance

  The primary feature of anti-corrosion rubber sheets is their exceptional resistance to a wide range of chemicals, including acids, alkalis, oils, and solvents. This resistance helps to prevent chemical degradation and ensures that the rubber sheet remains intact even in industries where exposure to harsh substances is routine.

  2. Durability

  Anti-corrosion rubber sheets are known for their durability. These rubber materials are designed to withstand the long-term effects of exposure to harsh environments without cracking, breaking down, or losing their flexibility. Their durability significantly reduces the need for frequent replacements, providing cost-effective long-term solutions.

  3. Water and Moisture Resistance

  Moisture is one of the primary contributors to corrosion, especially in metal surfaces. Anti-corrosion rubber sheets are highly resistant to water and moisture, which helps to protect equipment and machinery from rust and degradation. This makes them ideal for use in wet or humid environments, such as in marine, water treatment, and outdoor applications.

  4. Temperature Resistance

  These rubber sheets are often formulated to resist a broad range of temperatures, ensuring that they remain functional even under extreme heat or cold. Whether used in high-temperature processing plants or in freezing outdoor environments, anti-corrosion rubber sheets maintain their integrity and flexibility.

  5. Flexibility and Conformability

  Anti-corrosion rubber sheets maintain a high level of flexibility, which allows them to conform to various shapes and surfaces. This makes them ideal for use as seals, gaskets, and linings, ensuring that they provide a tight, effective seal that protects against leaks and corrosion.

  Benefits of Anti-Corrosion Rubber Sheets

  Using anti-corrosion rubber sheets provides numerous benefits, particularly in industries where exposure to corrosive substances is common:

  1. Enhanced Equipment Protection

  Anti-corrosion rubber sheets provide a strong barrier between metal surfaces and corrosive substances, preventing rust and corrosion that can lead to equipment failure. By acting as protective seals or linings, these rubber sheets help preserve the functionality and lifespan of machinery, valves, pipes, and other components exposed to harsh environments.

  2. Reduced Maintenance and Replacement Costs

  The durability of anti-corrosion rubber sheets means they last longer, reducing the need for frequent maintenance and replacements. Businesses can significantly cut costs by using these sheets to protect their equipment from corrosion, as they help prevent costly repairs and downtime associated with rust and wear.

  3. Improved Safety

  Corrosion can compromise the safety of industrial equipment, leading to leaks, spills, or catastrophic failures. Anti-corrosion rubber sheets enhance safety by maintaining the integrity of seals and gaskets, reducing the risk of hazardous leaks and ensuring that equipment operates safely and efficiently.

  4. Environmentally Friendly

  Anti-corrosion rubber sheets often feature environmentally friendly compounds that do not emit harmful substances into the environment. This makes them a safer choice for industries that prioritize sustainability and environmental protection.

  5. Versatility Across Multiple Industries

  These rubber sheets are highly versatile and can be used across a wide range of industries. Whether for chemical processing, automotive manufacturing, marine applications, or water treatment, anti-corrosion rubber sheets provide reliable performance in environments where corrosion is a constant concern.

  Applications of Anti-Corrosion Rubber Sheets

  The resistance to chemicals, moisture, and temperature extremes makes anti-corrosion rubber sheets ideal for numerous industrial applications. Here are some of the key sectors where these rubber sheets are commonly used:

  1. Chemical Processing

  In chemical processing plants, anti-corrosion rubber sheets are often used as gaskets, seals, and liners for equipment that comes into contact with corrosive chemicals. These rubber sheets protect pipes, tanks, and reactors from chemical damage, reducing the risk of leaks and corrosion in critical systems.

  2. Marine and Offshore Industries

  The marine and offshore industries require materials that can withstand the harsh conditions of saltwater exposure. Anti-corrosion rubber sheets are used in shipbuilding, offshore platforms, and marine pipelines to protect metal surfaces from the corrosive effects of seawater and other environmental factors.

  3. Water Treatment

  In water treatment plants, anti-corrosion rubber sheets are used to line pipes, tanks, and valves to protect against the effects of water and moisture, which are primary causes of corrosion in metal components. These sheets help maintain the structural integrity of water treatment systems and prevent the growth of bacteria and algae in stagnant water.

  4. Automotive Industry

  The automotive industry uses anti-corrosion rubber sheets in fuel systems, engine compartments, and exhaust systems. These rubber sheets protect critical automotive components from exposure to chemicals, oils, and moisture, ensuring that vehicles continue to perform reliably and safely.

  5. Construction

  In construction, anti-corrosion rubber sheets are used for waterproofing, sealing, and insulation in buildings exposed to harsh weather conditions. They help prevent moisture and chemicals from deteriorating the building’s structural elements, improving the longevity and safety of the structure.
